Two years ago I wanted to replace my normal, everyday salt with a healthier option and found this salt after checking some reviews and researching online. I love it's healing properties and that it also includes beneficial minerals. I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor at first because it is strong sulfur taste, but after first trying it on hardboiled eggs and then sliced tomatoes with basil, this salt really enhances the flavor better than my old sea salt. Now, I'm putting it on everything these days! If the taste is strong for you at first, I suggest adding some to your boiled water cooking up pasta/rice dishes. I just purchased another bottle today and the previous one lasted me nearly one year, well worth it.
